SMS Terms
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
These SMS Terms describe the text-messaging program (the "SMS Program") operated by Inflowence LLC - a Limited Liability Company (LLC) organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA - for the website and product Inflowence. This page is the complete public disclosure for the SMS Program; it supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
The SMS Program is a mixed program covering two separately-consented message categories:
- Non-marketing / transactional messages: appointment reminders, booking confirmations, lead follow-ups, and service / account notifications.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, and service updates.
Messages are sent by Inflowence LLC to subscribers who opt in through the form on our website (for example, the Book a Demo form) or, where enabled, the chat widget on Inflowence.
Missed-call text-back. If you call our business phone line and we are unable to answer, we may send you a single text message responding to your call. This is a conversational reply to your inquiry, not a marketing subscription. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving such messages.
2. How You Opt In
You consent to each message category separately, via two distinct opt-in checkboxes presented alongside the phone-number field:
I consent to receive marketing text messages, about special offers, discounts, and service updates, from Inflowence LLC at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.
I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Inflowence LLC about appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and account notifications. Message frequency may vary, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.
Both checkboxes are unchecked by default, and you may opt in to one, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages - marketing or otherwise - is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and every form can be submitted without ticking either box.
3. Message Frequency, Rates & Carriers
Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, among others.
4. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you (or by replying with any other reasonable opt-out message, such as "unsubscribe," "cancel," "quit," or "end"). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
You may also opt out by emailing opt-out@inflowence.ai from any address - include the phone number you wish to unsubscribe in the body.
5. Help & Support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@inflowence.ai.
6. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: Inflowence Privacy Policy. The data we collect in connection with the SMS Program (phone number, consented categories, opt-in timestamp, opt-in source, IP address at opt-in, and message content) is described in the Privacy Policy's "Mobile Information & SMS Consent" section.
