Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 18, 2026

1. Subscription Billing

Inflowence services are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.

2. Non-Refundable One-Time Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is processed, as they cover immediate labor and resource allocation:

Implementation Fees: Any fees associated with the setup of your account.

Onboarding Fees: Fees for training, strategy sessions, or account configuration.

White-Label Setup Fees: Any costs related to domain or brand configuration.

Migration & Consulting Fees: Fees for data migration, data imports, or custom strategy engagements are non-refundable once work begins.

3. Usage-Based Fees & Credits

Inflowence acts as a pass-through for third-party communication costs. The following are non-refundable:

Carrier Fees: Charges for SMS, MMS, and Voice minutes.

AI Usage Credits: Credits purchased for AI assistant processing or transcription.

Wallet Balances: Any pre-paid balances for communication "topping up" are non-refundable and carry no cash value. Wallet balances and prepaid credits may expire per the terms of Customer's plan and are forfeited upon account closure.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By using Inflowence, you agree to contact our support team to resolve billing issues before initiating a bank dispute. Accounts that initiate a chargeback for valid non-refundable fees (as defined above) may be subject to immediate termination. We reserve the right to recover card-network and processor fees we actually incur as a result of a chargeback, consistent with applicable card-network rules and law.

5. Service Suspension

5.1 Suspension for Non-Payment

Inflowence reserves the right to suspend access to the platform for non-payment. Customer data is retained for thirty (30) days during a non-payment suspension and becomes inaccessible thereafter unless Customer cures the non-payment. Subscription fees continue to accrue during suspension until a formal cancellation is received.

5.2 Suspension for Policy Violations

If the account is suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds or credits will be issued for any prepaid fees, credits, or unused service time, and subscription fees stop accruing upon termination.

6. Plan Changes

Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refund is issued for the difference in the current period. Data exceeding the lower plan's limits may be archived or restricted upon downgrade.

7. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, no credit card or payment information is required to begin the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. To continue using the Services after the trial period ends, Customer must affirmatively select a paid plan and provide payment information. If no paid plan is selected, access to trial features will end at the close of the trial period and no charges will be assessed.

Early conversion during the trial. At any time during the trial period, Customer may optionally provide payment information and select a paid plan. Providing payment information and selecting a paid plan during the trial constitutes Customer's affirmative acceptance of the selected plan and authorization to charge the payment method on file for that plan going forward, including recurring subscription charges until cancelled.

One trial per customer or business entity; extensions are granted at Inflowence's sole discretion. Because the trial is not an automatic-renewal arrangement, automatic-renewal statutes such as the California Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602) do not apply to the trial itself.

8. Taxes & International Charges

Sales tax is added where required by law and is non-refundable even if the underlying charge is refunded. Pricing is in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated; Customer is responsible for any currency-conversion costs and international banking fees imposed by Customer's financial institution.
