Do you replace Podium?
Not exactly, because we do less than Podium on purpose. We only do Google reviews, fully managed. If you use Podium mainly for reviews and want that handled for you instead, we cover that piece. If you rely on its inbox, webchat, or payments, those aren’t things we do.

Will asking for more reviews get my Google profile flagged?
Not the way we do it. We ask every customer, neutral and drip-paced, which is the version Google rewards. The methods that get profiles flagged are gating to only happy customers, incentives, and bulk blasts, and we do none of them. Google removed about 292 million reviews in 2025 and the FTC review rule carries real penalties, so the compliant, paced approach is the only one we run.
